Eligibility

Families must live outside of Olmsted County, Minnesota and have a child age 18 or under seeking medical care at an area medical facility. The patient must be receiving medically necessary care (generally 2-3 appointments per week). New families seeking outpatient care for their child must obtain a referral from Mayo Clinic Social Services. Please contact us for more information: (507) 282-3955
